ResMed AirCurve™ 10 ASV is designed for central sleep apnea. This bilevel adjusts to your individual breathing patterns as they change during the night. Its clinically-proven algorithm, called adaptive servo-ventilation (ASV), detects when you stop breathing and provides a breath.* * ASV therapy is contraindicated in people with chronic, symptomatic heart failure (NYHA 2-4) with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF ≤ 45%) and moderate to severe predominant central sleep apnea.
