So far, I have used my CPAP daily and have have had a score of 85 to 100 I am using the nasal pillow, which I find somewhat comfortable. Since, I was diagnosed with Extreme Sleep Apnea, I have figured, after extensive research, that sleeping with a tube pushing air through my nose is better than ending up 6 feet under. So, my advice to you, dolts, who take your sleep apnea lightly is Use Cpap or become a angel/devil sooner than later.
