Once you've made your selection, we handle the full installation. Over time, if your stair lift requires maintenance or repairs, our team is here to help. We can also uninstall the lift if your needs change.

1.) Will the Stair Lift work on my curved stairs?
Yes, our manufacturer, Harmar, offers both straight and curved stair lifts to suit a variety of staircase designs.
2.) Will my insurance cover these stair lifts?
Unfortunately, stair glides aren’t assigned a billable code for insurance purposes, which means we’re unable to process insurance claims for them.
3.) Are the assessments free?
There is a fee for the assessment; however, if you choose to purchase your stair lift through us, the assessment fee will be applied towards the purchase price.
4.) Do you charge a fee for labor?
If you choose to purchase a stair lift from us, delivery and installation are included at no additional cost. Should you require any repairs in the future, please note that labor and parts fees will apply.
5.) Do you repair equipment that wasn’t purchased from your company?
At this time we’re unable to service or assess equipment that was not purchased from us. However, we’re happy to provide repair services for any equipment bought through us!
